Early start here as we managed to catch the Olympic Torch on its way past as least the sun shone for the brief moment it went past.

Did it go near where you live. The son of a friend was part of one of the relays this morning but it was an awkward time before work so I couldn't watch. It came back around towards us this afternoon but by the time I remembered it would have been too late!

Here is my list

Tuesday - Living room/Dining Room/Family Room
Only got 15 minutes
27 fling boogie - rehoming items which are cluttering these areas
30 minutes to spare
Tidy bookcases/shelves

Wednesday - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Downstairs Loo and children's rooms
30 minutes to spare
Clean a window or 2
Got an hour 15 minutes rehoming/decluttering
Extras
HH me time for some crafty, beautifying or just sitting and being

I tried our local council with the bee problem but got nowhere fast! I even tried to find local beekeepers, but the local website said they would come and collect a swarm, but not a nest...and raised all sorts of problems - ie goingup ladders etc.In short you need someone with insurance I think!

Did you try here

or here?

On this second list, some collectors say how high they'll go to get bees...

Hugs bossymoo - you put me to shame with all you do, it is fine to feel sorry for yourself, sleep tight and pleasant dreams x

Very little flying achieved in the every increasingly Dusty household. CBA to do any now, early night I think as I want to get some gardening done before the school cricket at 12 tomorrow.

With regards to the bee issue, try ringing your local council and asking for the details of any local bee keepers. They often come and remove nests free of charge as it means more bees (and honey!) for them.

Thanks - I asked her if they're bees, but their more likely bumbles, so no good to bee keepers.

Morning all. I'm in again now this week, better late than never. I haven't got time to read through all the thread so hope that everyone is ok.

Just had a look at today and have already done the paperwork as it's payday, so a tick already!

Have had breakfast in peace, but just about to get the dogs and younger humans up so the day will start proper.

Catch you all later.
