    Yep - it's up to £540 now.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

TBH I don't think anyone is actually reading any of the letters you are sending or else they would've stopped.
You are just in computer generated response sequence while the account remains unsettled.

Surely they could be taken to court for harassment.

No, they clearly aren't reading them. But, I have a complete paper trail of all the correspondence and invoices, so if they did try to make a court claim, I have a ready-made counterclaim for £540, or whatever amount it's up to by then.

Is it £750 that you can apply for a winding up order ?
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

It is, but you have to send a Statutory demand first! Then have to pay! £220 - court fees and £1,165 - petition deposit which are recoverable if the company have assets.

The problem with winding a company up if your a private company or a person, you would be well down the pecking order to who gets any dosh!

However a statutory demand may make them think!
