No, nothing for a couple of months now, I would imagine that the penny has finally dropped.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

No, I believe that programme is about people who fight real Council tickets, not fake PPC ones.

Well I managed to get a few minutes of fame by appearing as a contestant on Britain's Brightest, on BBC1 last night.

In my video profile, I was shown pointing out the spelling mistakes in the DR+ letter, which was recognisable as such on TV - hopefully they would have seen it, and been even more embarrassed.

    1) Love it! Firstly, it’s not for the fact that you know what you are doing…you are helping a lot of people on here by showing themy ou know exactly what you’re doing and what to do!

    2) My missus always says “Make sure you get aticket” and I always tell her “The parking charges outside Hobbycraft are notlegally enforceable”

    3) You’ve seen Elvis working in the Ashton chippytoo? His fish is mighty fine!

I can live with paying £1 or £1.50 charge to save hassles, but object to paying £80 just because for example I overstayed on the private car park by 20 minutes

    I pay the £1 still though...begrudgingly.
