it covers pretty much all you need to know re fair valuations
Dealer price is what you should get from your insurer
and, the third party is responsible for any extra financing costs so add those to your uninsured loss claim

yep, but progressively by society rather than regressively by individuals
and that's before you add in the cost of the bureaucracy needed to collect the charges. I think I remember when Wales went free prescriptions it was almost cost neutral because the collection costs pretty much wiped out what they collected.0 -

Not quite. It would have been, but they didn't account for all the (unentitled) people who would come into Wales (in minibuses in some cases) to take advantage. Someone told me it cost something like £30k in the first year.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
