why would i take legal cover all you need to do is got to another solicitors. so its a total waste of money0

If you purchased from a dealer (did you?), gap insurance may have prevented your anticipated £3K loss. Is that a waste of money as well?0

It's up to you to make sure that whatever cover you take out is suitable, same as taking legal cover - just in case it's needed.0
