the £k loss is from what i paid less than a year ago to what the insurers value it at now i purchased my car from a dealer and had finance so had all the usual over inflated costs involved hence the 3 k loss

You chose to buy on finance.

Do you or your partner belong to a union through your work? If so a lot of unions offer a free legal & medical service.

K66yla made a sensible and helpful suggestion.

Hopefully you will realise this and apologise
  • Ok well to answer your question. I used M W Halsall (Liverpool) I don't live in Liverpool either so you know I am not bias.

Anyway that sorted my claim within 3 months ! :-)

I also thought I had read you story on another post :-)

Try not to respond to silly comments as people think you are responding to them, then they get the hump and the advice stops and the !!!!!ing begins. HTH

Some firms are offering ipads and referral fees. Just google and you'll find one. They're all pretty much the same - it's what they do day in and day out.

The worst thing you can do in cases like this is to rush the claim through for your injuries. I apologise if i'm wrong, but it sounds to me as though you need any payout from the injury claim to make up for what you've lost on the car payout.

If you and your children are suffering physically and mentally because of what happened, you need to take medical advice as to how long this may go on for. Once you have agreed an amount for an injury claim, it will be a full and final figure and any issues which may carry on (possibly for years) will not be covered.

My niece was involved in a motorbike accident and suffered quite serious head, leg and shoulder injuries, she has just received a 5 figure payout from her insurer, the accident was 6 years ago. Her consultant has now confirmed that her injuries are healed and that any further issues will be minimal.
