    Hi Sista,

Well done for resisting the £35 straighteners :T £16 does sound like a bargin.

I'm with Amberle, I bet you won't be far of getting that 4K by Christmas.

  • Well another £40 off the card this month. Not making any large payments until Christmas is over with just in case the extra funds are needed.
Debt now at £4955 so unlikely to get anywhere near the 4k mark by the end of December :(
We're still chipping away though and won't become dis-heartened :) All our Christmas money we get is going towards it and every little helps :)

Well the rush of Christmas is now over for another year thank god.
We've managed to pay off an extra £500 as we're using our Christmas money for shopping. Still not close enough to the 4k mark though for me plus we've just realised the 0% ends on one of our cards in Jan (22nd).
Luckily it's the one with the lower balance so i don't think we'll bother with another BT as we should get it paid off in 2 months.
Didn't go into the overdraft at all and not added a penny to the debt which is :T
Hubby needs a new car, his passenger footwell was under water  His mum has offered 5k for a new car which makes me a little  seeing as that would clear our debt!
On the other hand he desperately needs a new car as his will not pass the MOT next yr.

Debt now at £4450 so still slogging away <sigh>
Hope everyone had a great (and :money: ) Christmas:)

You are doing fantastically well! Well done! :D:T

  • £500 paid today :) getting there :)
Only £700 odd still to go on the card where the 0% ends this month. Fingers crossed this should be cleared by the end of Feb. Then we can start making headway on the final CC!

    Debt now at £3878.
