Sometimes....However both me and other half are smokers(him roll ups me cigarettes) so this is where some of it goes.
One day i'll give up (again) but not yet.
We worked out that we should be debt free by April/May as we can definitely throw £770 pm at the debt from Feb.
Fingers crossed.DEBT FREE AND PROUD'Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt'0 -

Debt now at £3342
Extra £500 paid off today
Plus a month off our DFD which now (fingers crossed) should be May. Still aiming for the end of April but we'll have to see if that's achievable......
Reading back through the previous posts i've realised that since the end of Dec we've managed to pay off £1100 :beer: no idea how!
So, working on April DFD this equates to £1114 pm. Hmmmmmm unsure if this is do-able but DH is due to have some tax paid back soon (crossed fingers) and he has done a fair bit of overtime which again should be paid in Feb so lets see how we get on.
Hope everyone else is doing ok.DEBT FREE AND PROUD'Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt'0 -
Another £50 paid off yesterday as i had forgotten i had set up a standing order
Will pay another £30 tonight and £30 every week from now on and end of the month settle whatever is left on the lowest card.
The lowest balance card will definitely be cleared by the end of this month if not sooner i can then start debt busting the last card
Bring it on.DEBT FREE AND PROUD'Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt'0 -
