    LBM is an Outsourcing company
www. lbm. co.uk/ Outbound. aspx <---(sorry as a new user moneysavingexpert wont allow me to post url link. just remove the spaces)

LBM has 4 sites... not sure how many branches
    1. Altrincham <-- this is where i work
    2. Belfast
    3. Bredbury
    4. Middleton

I here that o2 also use another Outsourcing company Ventura
    www. ventura-uk. com / clients

now the LBM agents dont know much about Ventura.

however if you speak to o2 customer services they should do, because Ventura is mentioned alot on thir portal, which is called "YOUR COMPANION".

the lbm agents dont use your companion olny me and and may be 5 others.

and guess what there is yet another out outsourcing company that o2 use... they use 3 in total... that i am aware of. and sorry i cant remember the name of the other company.

I hope i made my self clear... and sorry for the typos, if you see any...

So o2 are passing on their clients account details without their knowledge and permission. Not the first time I have heard this, just the first time a company has admitted it, o2 flattly deny it.

Ventura I have come across before, my friends company phones (6 contaacts) were passed on to Ventura by o2 after 7 years because, as they told him, his contracts were not big enough for o2! He has now moved his company contacts to Vodafone.
