You have to laugh, really. Organic energy, a 'homeopathic dose' of it at that!0

I used bickie pegs http://www.bickiepegs.co.uk/acatalog/Bickiepegs_Teething_Biscuits.html for my two (6 and 4) along with nelsons powder and medised at night time. The Bickie pegs were fantastic for them to chomp down on through the day0

Nothing helped ease the pain for my DS1, even if it seemed barmy I probably would have given it a try !Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0

Didnt they pull medised as parents were found to be using it to make baby sleep/more docile for convenience ??Bow Ties ARE cool "Just because you are offended, doesnt mean you are right" Ricky Gervais0 -

For pity's sake!
Yes, it's classic pseudoscience, isn't it?
I especially like the "negative ions which assist in the healing process"
Doesn't rubbing a balloon on your head to make your hair stand on end produce "negative ions"?
Maybe I should market balloons as a natural healing remedy!

Yes they upped the age for none prescription to 6 or 7 for this reason, but my Dr prescribed it for my 2nd when I explained I couldn't buy it over the counter due to his age.
I did try calpol before speaking to the Dr but it has never really seems to give lasting results like medised unless used with childrens ibuprofen every 2 hours (which I don't like to do unless it's extreme circumstances).0 -
"Alternative medicine" has always made me laugh. Those of you with sense on this thread, try reading some of Ben Goldacre's stuff. You'll enjoy it as much as I do

I just used bonjela on my little ones mouth. Only time I knew she was teething is that she'd drown me in a pile of drool and she got some nappy rash.
Sudocream and bonjela. Awesome stuff. I still rub bonjela on my eyebrows before plucking them0
