Now Pinkgem you have made your decision so pleae stick with it. I imagine you will get emails demanding return of his P+P fee. Politely point him the direction of Amazon if he wishes to pursue it. Don't get into any long drwan out arguments with him.

You can not see the feedback for sellers on Amazon, unless they have a seller account (or i have yet to find it).

think you meant feedback for buyers, and you can see it, it's just not particularly easy.Though it is useful to look at if you have a problem buyer.Though unfortunately most sellers do not leave feedback for buyers, even when they are left feedback themselves!

i will definitely NOT be refunding the delivery costs, i have said that all along. he made the mistake/changed his mine and i'm afraid he has to pay for it

had he been a bit nicer about it i would have refunded all but my £2.38 actual postage costs but since he wasn't (threatening small claims court, quoting distance selling regulations etc) i refunded all but the £4.50 he paid for delivery.

i have not had any contact from him since last friday 16th march, and i have not yet received any feedback, so i hope this is the end of it.

After following the instructions in post 1, are you then clicking "see all seller feedback" shown in red on post 3? Even if the buyer is showing as having 0 feedback on this page, by clicking 'see all seller feedback' you will see whether or not they had received any previous feedback from buyers or not.

not sure how to put screen shots here, and they'd be the same as the screen shots I'd directed you to anyway

just thought i would update this thread

i had feedback from the buyer:

4 out of 5: "Delivery immediate" Date: 2007/4/3 Rated by Buyer: xxxxxxx xxxxxx

    I left this though:

1 out of 5: "Awful! Sellers Beware! This is the WORST buyer I have EVER experienced in over 6 years of using Amazon Marketplace! He purchased item then changed his mind (but blamed a non-existant Amazon website fault for his purchase). Request to cancel received after item sent. Demanded FULL refund then threatened me with Small Claims Court over £4.50 p&p! I refused to refund this as I paid to send the item!"
Date: 2007/4/3 Rated by Seller: xxxxxxxxxxx
