She meant i had stolen items and had the points added onto my card without paying for the items, if that makes any sense.
She was stood there with a calculator working out how many points i would have earnt on the Clinique purchase of £21(84 points) and going on about the 750 points that was on the reciept that required adding to the ac.

Think i forgot to add in 1st post, all i asked was why i didnt earn any points for the £21 spend, all they had to say was yes or no. Another pharmacy sa mentioned they were getting quite a few customers asking the same thing, about not getting points on Clinique due to the machine not working. The sa scanned the 750 points voucher so it would get added on at another till. Wish i had just rung cs in the first place now.

That's appalling. The SA should be sacked. How awful for you and your DH

    hugs

zztopgirl.... You poor darlin, what an awful situation to be put in!
I read your post about 5 times and couldnt get my head around ANY of what the SA seemed to be implying!! All I can work out is that without a voucher you would need to spend approx £175 to get 750 points. But you had a voucher, and where the hell did she get the shoplifting idea from? She sounds like a complete fruit-cake to me.

Dont let it get you down hun...... :grouphug: << this is apparently the 'group hug' icon, though it looks a bit suspicious to me :rotfl:

im glad you explained that was a group hug! very dodgy :rotfl:

    Hi

Please can anyone tell me if the free Sanctuary bag offer finishes today? Also what is the deal with Clinique?

    Thanks
The sanctuary bags finish today but hardily any stores have any left anyway. Clinique have a bonus time on where you get a free gift set whne you purchase 2 items. If you have a 750 extra points voucher you can use this too. The voucher came from the parenting club and also the best customerr booklet some people got a while ago.
details here for those who missed it -

here is a photo of the clinique stuff- infortunately no nice make up bags with them as they come in boxes. The best way I can think of to maximise the bargains is to get the £20 gift card I mentioned earlier or if you have the 750 points voucher that was handed out in the parenting leaflet. Also DO NOT FORGET to print off a voucher from the acm for extra points on a spend of either £20 ,£30 or £35 ( it will be tailored to your sepnd ).

im in the same situation! i am hoping the 6 for 1 doesnt work in my store cos i have no space and no use for more suncare!

im planning on leaving it a few days and since i cannot let the vouchers pass will probably either get some make up brushes and stash them away or some nail polish since i dont have evry single colour yet!!

    :grouphug: <---- grouphug my backside!!!

my sis obviously does not listen to a thing i say. I gave her a couple of suncreams and told her all about the n7 voucher=2suncreams for £1.:j

She went off to Boots today. Bought two n7 suncreams and paid £12!!!!
She didn't even do it seperately to get two n7 vouchers!!!

Can she take these back with the receipt? Are they all defo 342 now? SA should reallly have mentiioned this to her!

gave her big long lecture and and said maybe i'd better take them back for her!;)

Just got 641 twice with vouchers. £1 for 6 bottles. SA rather surprised. I just said 'bargain!!' and made a hasty exit...
