No7 Stay Perfect Nail polish - Whisper - £5.04.... with £5 voucher that's only 4p! Neutral colour too... would love this myself but i've never seen it will have to enquire later...

yup the £5 vouchers dont go through, they have to be overridden but each time they have also accepted the points vouchers. I think you only draw attention and are likely to get a no if you use a £5 which has to be overriden and a £3 so i havent done that!

Think i forgot to add in 1st post, all i asked was why i didnt earn any points for the £21 spend, all they had to say was yes or no. Another pharmacy sa mentioned they were getting quite a few customers asking the same thing, about not getting points on Clinique due to the machine not working. The sa scanned the 750 points voucher so it would get added on at another till. Wish i had just rung cs in the first place now.

if i was you i would write down everything that happened and sent a letter (recorded delivery) to customer services. dont let it rest until you have reached an outcome which you are happy with. its not right that that b**** can treat an innocent person like that. you have made me mad now :mad: :mad:

I get the feeling that if you were "trying to be clever" and use more than 1 voucher,they would say it cannot be used with any other offer.
I was buying the face wash at £5.95.
I still have £3 mag voucher and £3 bag voucher,I might try then with a basket load of other things and maybe the collagen mask or something.

I read your post about 5 times and couldnt get my head around ANY of what the SA seemed to be implying!! All I can work out is that without a voucher you would need to spend approx £175 to get 750 points. But you had a voucher, and where the hell did she get the shoplifting idea from? She sounds like a complete fruit-cake to me.

well i havent been to boots now for about a week and i have no vouchers left and you know what im so happy about it - does anyone else get bored after getting all the glitches going? There are only so many sanctuary bags n stuff you need and the amount of stuff i have upstairs is silly really! :eek: Im hoping tomorrow the glitch will be on sunglasses or vitamins or something - anything really that i dont want!! :rotfl:

Send a letter to customer services, and CC in the managing director!

In my experience CS letters take longer to go through the system, but copy in someone "important" and their offices arent pleased and push it through with some urgency... even if it's just to get the person to stop bothering their offices, they're never pleased with bad experiences.
