How awful for you!!to outrightly accuse you of stealing with no proof whatsoever is wrong and i think you should get that girls name and contact head office for an apology from her and her manager unless they can prove otherwise.I think its disgusting the way youve been treated.Did she actually mean you STOLE goods? or in points value just for being a good points hunter?

3 4 2 not on in the store Ive been to today.

BUT.....

I got 2 x cameras free with paernting vouchers
2 x bottles of water £1.70
1 x mirror free with parenting voucher.
free wrap

SA said this is wrong, took ages trying to work out what was happening. Loads of people behind me getting fed up. SA said dont worry about them. After 5 mins she said blow it the till says £1.70 so £1.70 it is.

DD so pleased as shes going to have mirror ( shes only 8 off school again with an awful cough so it made her day )

She meant i had stolen items and had the points added onto my card without paying for the items, if that makes any sense.
She was stood there with a calculator working out how many points i would have earnt on the Clinique purchase of £21(84 points) and going on about the 750 points that was on the reciept that required adding to the ac.

Think i forgot to add in 1st post, all i asked was why i didnt earn any points for the £21 spend, all they had to say was yes or no. Another pharmacy sa mentioned they were getting quite a few customers asking the same thing, about not getting points on Clinique due to the machine not working. The sa scanned the 750 points voucher so it would get added on at another till. Wish i had just rung cs in the first place now.

zztopgirl - how awful!!! I just can't understand how/why you got accused of theft??? - it just doesn't make any sense!!.........how dare they treat you like this!! don't let them get away with it - stand up for your rights!!

When i bought mine had to be overidden as till showed expired voucher, hth

No it didn't go through at first ,the till said it was out of date!
Others have had that too,the SA called a supervisor and got her to overide it.They had no pamper bags so it was straightforward as I was just using voucher for 1 item.

My mum is :T that i gave my card back even though it has roughly £65 on it. But i have nothing to hide, im waiting for cs to ring me back and have told them to call the police, they are most welcome to search my house for the £150 of items i apparently stole.

I feel distraught. Sorry. I wasnt even going to tell them, nor anyone actually, about my day yesterday, its my own business. But they must not treat customers like this.

If anyone wants my vouchers, just pm me, its the remaining vouchers from the 'as one of our best customers' valid for april. Dont want to throw them out.

And for 750 points, i would've stole £187.50. But try as i might, i just cant work it out.

Im so sorry for you....I had a bad experience using vouchers in Tesco at the weekend and know its not nice.....and it was no way as bad as yours!!!

I too am confused, but all i can say is phone CS - the £65 on your card is YOURS. Don't let a jobsworth SA (who with any luck will be severly reprimanded when CS tell her manager - especially as other SAs were witnesses - make sure u mention this / describe them) upset you too much.

You should get an apology and probably some points as compensation
