Got 6-4-1 suncare, used £5 voucher paid £1 in cash and got a few points back and SA handed me another voucher :rotfl:

Sa's in the store were lovely - only too pleased to serve me with my 6-4-1s, encouraging me to go for it again and asked me to explain how it works. As I went back for a second lot 2 of them were already round the No7 suncare shelves picking their bargains :D

Im no longer a Bootser. Handed back my ac earlier and told them i will never shop there again.

I went in this morning, only to get some aqueous cream for dd and thought i'd ask at the same time about not getting ac points for Clinique purchases. Before anyone flames me, i was only asking, i wasnt stamping feet and demanding they put the points on. The pharmacy sa didnt know so i said its ok, i'll ring cs when i get home. No. She ran off with my reciept and ac and came back with an Estee Lauder sa.

This is where it gets hairy. She accused me of stealing £150 of Clinique items to get 750 points on my ac (if anyone can work that out, i'll gladly post my remaining vouchers out to them), i was trying to explain that i had a voucher for the 750 points but no. My dh has a brain injury and she started on him too demanding that he must understand what she was saying (i dont even think the other sa's understood), i did ask her to stop accusing me as i had a very stressful day yesterday but she wouldnt stop. So i asked to see the manager who sided with her staff. So i just gave back my card and walked out.

My mum cant even understand it, if i stole stuff, why would i have points on my card? Ive never stolen anything in my life and im so embarassed and ashamed now, to be accused like that. My mum is :T that i gave my card back even though it has roughly £65 on it. But i have nothing to hide, im waiting for cs to ring me back and have told them to call the police, they are most welcome to search my house for the £150 of items i apparently stole.

I feel distraught. Sorry. I wasnt even going to tell them, nor anyone actually, about my day yesterday, its my own business. But they must not treat customers like this.

If anyone wants my vouchers, just pm me, its the remaining vouchers from the 'as one of our best customers' valid for april. Dont want to throw them out.

And for 750 points, i would've stole £187.50. But try as i might, i just cant work it out.

Edited because forgot to add, the Clinique ac machine isnt working.

    What a horrible experience!

I have been treated more rudely by Clarins and Clinique staff than by anyone else anywhere, ever.

They are both concessions, and I think Boots now shrug their shoulders about complaints. If you can find the energy, it might be worth reporting the incident to Clinique directly.

Just who do they think they are?

Sorry to hear about your awful experience zztopgirl. I hope you get a satisfactory resolution.

Has anyone used a £5 No 7 voucher towards the Stay Perfect Lip Lacquer and managed to combine it with the 150 extra points voucher from the AC magazine?

Am thinking of trying this tomorrow.
