  • Hi,
Does anyone know, that, to which number of minimum points you have to collect, before you get a voucher. I have 147 points so far in my card, wonder they are sending me a voucher or not this January.

    Thanks in advance

I believe you need at least 150 points to get sent a voucher.

Apologies if this has been asked over the past 15 pages but....

I bought something for £18 via my clubcard vouchers on the Clubcard Boost thing last month. It has now developed a fault and I am going to return it for a refund. Will I be refunded the £9 cost of the original value or the £18 cost of the item?

I assume it will be £9 but just want to check. :)
  • There's a voucher knocking about the store for £5 off a £40 shop if you buy a fresh turkey, I tried it last night whilst buying a duck and it took the money off :) Every little helps lol

I've got a week's stay in Gran Hotel, Cala de Mijas, Spain for 58,850 Avios accumulated on my Tesco Credit Card over the last twelve months.

According to hotel web site one week B & B is 367 Euros for the same week I have booked.

I feel this is value for money.

Anyone out there done the same sort of thing?

Flights are £118 return for two so that is the price of the holiday.

How long does it typically take for points to be added to an account?

I did a fairly big shop using a temp print out card while I wait for a replacement card to arrive, but I'm not convinced it scanned properly. If need be I plan to contact Tesco, but I want to be sure that the points aren't just processing first.

Why not ask Tesco via 1 of the forms of contact ?

What did it say on your receipt? If it said "you could have earned ?? points" then it didn't work. If it showed the points for that visit, and your previous total - it did work.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

Please be aware as well that the 22nd is the cut-off date for the next mailing.

The receipt does say that I earned points, but the last digit of my clubcard number is replaced with an asterisk. I've never looked particularly closely at a receipt before to see if that is normal - but I wonder if the machine didn't like the barcode on the temporary card.
