A couple of questions on club card vouchers:
1. Is it possible to change for smaller denominations or somehow request smaller denominations for future quarters? This quarter I got £50 vouchers whereas I'd rather smaller £10 ones to use in my local tesco express where I don't do any big shops close to £50.
2. I understand that if you spend less than the voucher the unused portion gets refunded in points to your next statement period so does that mean it would count towards the maximum 30000 points allowed per quarter even though they were originally earned in a prior quarter?

If you have quarterly vouchers, you will have three vouchers of near equal amounts to make up your total value, if you are in the Christmas Saver and only get vouchers once a year - you will get six vouchers.
So if your total was £50.00 you'd have two at 15.00, and one at 20.00 - though it could vary.
To best of my knowledge you aren't able to have more lower value vouchers.
You'll have two years to use them in a 'big shop' or Tesco Direct, or even Tesco Rewards - e.g. Goldsmiths jewellery!?I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Hi, I've never had a tesco clubcard and i was about to join/register for one when i noticed that there was a box saying "promotional code" on the online form
Is there any codes i can enter here and is the best way to get a clubcard to just register for one or is it best to wait until i buy something first?
Im totally new to this so just wanted to know the best way to join to get the maximum benefit?
Thanks0 -
Get the card first, then start looking for codes. Commonest ones are first online shop.Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0

Yes, register your details for a card - when it arrives you can use it straight away in-store, and when you register for an on-line account - quote the number.
What you could also do, is collect any receipts you may get at the till, prior to the card arriving, then when it arrives, send them with a note giving your details and your new card number to Tesco Head Office - and they will put the points on.
But, only send copies if you need the receipt for warranty purposes!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
When do they add the points for the survey? I do one each month for the 25 points and don't have any survey points showing on my current statement (checked online.)0

Been widely reported for some reason they don't add automatically & you have to phone up & ask them to credit your accountPrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0 -
If you're still waiting on an email for a clubcard boost after 2 hours then phone them on 0800 591 688. After 24 hours delay subsequent to placing an order I phoned them and was told that they're having teething problems after installing a new system.0

Does anyone else have a problem logging into their Tesco Clubcard online? I've entered the correct card number, first name, second name and postcode, and nothing - no joy!?!0

When you put the postcode in - did you put a 'space' between the two sections? If not - that's the problem - it needs a space.
Did you put in the complete CC no i.e. 634004024
all eighteen digits? Some people - ignore the first six, for some reason.
With your first name, when you registered - could it have been abbreviated in comparison to what you are entering, or vice-versa?
HTHs but if not ring Clubcard - on Saturday close at 6.00 pm.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0
