You can't. It needs to a multiple of £2.5. So you can either convert £2.5 now to £10 with 150 points changed back to your account, or wait for next mailing when, hopefully, you'll get another £1 to make it £5.

    Isn't it a minimum of £5.00 for a boost exchange ?

  • Hi, I'm a newbie to Tesco Clubcard - well, sort of.

    Do Tesco Clubcard points expire?

I've got an old Tesco Clubcard from a number of years ago, I probably got it as part of an online order years ago (though in the Tesco Direct "My Account" section, the Clubcard number doesn't match the one that I've got!).

I'm about to order something kind of expensive (£100+) from Tesco Direct to a new address, taking advantage of a £10 off code for new customers - I'm just wondering whether I give them this old Tesco Clubcard number when I order, in case there's some points on it already?

When you registered for an on-line account - you didn't give a Clubcard No., (maybe you didn't have one), so it made one up for you, so any orders done on-line 9via the same email address) with Tesco will go to that CC No.
Have you ever had two statements?
If yes, you could get them 'merged so all the points are in the same account, and if there's a small amount of points on each - combined it could equal a voucher.
If no, either means already merged, not enough points to generate a mailing, or one of them still has an old address!!

Just received my 1st clubcard in the post today. I bought a tv online about 4 or 5 days ago from Tesco. If i printed off the receipt from online and took it into Tesco would they able to put the points onto my new card?

Also i spent a fair bit on the kids b'day presents 3/4 weeks ago. If i took the online receipts in also would i be able to get the points for them, or is it to late now?

If you order anything from Tesco Direct - you will automatically get the points, if you don't give them your Clubcard, when you register for the 'dotcom account' it generates a clubcard no. - linked to that email address, and any transactions add the points to it.
The one you have rec'd, did you request one? Or has it just arrived? Have you used it yet in-store - the receipt will show points this visit, and your previous points - do their reflect your on-line Tesco orders? If not ring, Clubcard, quote the CC your details and ask if they have any other cards in your name with your on-line points on?
If they don't come up first try, give them the email address you used for your orders, and/or any previous postcodes - initial registration might have been at an old address!
