    Are there any discount codes for groceries being delivered tomorrow although I am not a first time shopper? Btw I have looked online and I found a code which was supposed to be for a free bottle of wine or chocolates worth £7 and it took £7 of my shopping bill.

    Not very impressed by Tesco atm.

    Noticed that several of my transactions were not showing on my club card about over a period of about three weeks.

    Emailed them said they would look into it.

    I had to send some info, said they could see they were missing, and then they came back again and said they had been added. Checked statement online again and they were not there.

    Emailed them again, they rang me and said I would have to contact Tesco credit card as they were responsible for passing the info to them.

    Why tell me they had been added when they were not and then tell me I had to get Tesco Credit card to sort it out?

    went thru checkout & still says only 72 points for £72 spend
    How do I know if code is still valid & how/where could I input it?
    Is this post in the right place - can't find anywhere else to put it

    I received my Tesco vouchers and coupons within the last two weeks however hubby only received his vouchers a few days ago but he never received any coupons. This is the first time that one of us has never received any coupons. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a reason why they do not send coupons?

    Yes it happened to us. I thought it maybe because I didn't use my Clubcard that often or didn't get that many Clubcard points.

    'Coupons' are an extra that sometimes go out, but they don't go out to everyone all the time.
    I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard
  • Hi, I have just been on my clubcard account and found a few vouchers that will expire next week. It might be a good idea to check yours.
  • Hi, I emailed Tesco's (via online contact form - go to contact us and follow to contact via email) as I recently found my vouchers expired a week ago. They were only for £27 but I am saving up for something big. I emailed them to inform them and ask how this can be reimbursed/renewed. I received a reply about ten minutes later (super quick) and they informed me of the below....

    "Shortly after Clubcard vouchers expire, they drop off of our systems to make room for the new vouchers we would be sending. When this happens, we can no longer tell if the vouchers have been redeemed or refunded on another occasion. The facility to process a refund also disappears with the vouchers. If the vouchers still show, we will replace them as a gesture of goodwill, but this is something we can't do if they have dropped off already. I wanted to explain this to you, just so that you have an understanding of how our systems work and the circumstances where we can help with expired vouchers".

    Luckily, they informed me my vouchers were still visible on the system and they have reissued the points onto my clubcard and confirmed I will receive them in the next mailing. I will keep an eye out to ensure this happens, but just to reassure people, as long as your vouchers did not expire too long ago, you should be able to get these refunded. Worth trying. Also, if you contact them via email, you have written proof that they agreed to refund you those points and how many points.

    Before Christmas I bought £60 worth of wine, using the code from MSE site on the basis that I would get £40 worth of vouchers: but I have only had £18 through: friend of mine has done the same and she has had the same: any ideas?
