You haven't said how old these expired vouchers are? Not that in all honesty it will make any difference, in September CC had access to the vouchers that expired in Aug '13 - but since then the 'access' vanished.
Previously, they had a loophole in their system, that they still had access to vouchers the were 3 - 6 months passed their expiry date. That has been closed.
There has been no change in T & Cs - vouchers are valid for two years, well to be pedantic it's more like 25 months!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

I went on-line today and all my vouchers are not listed as available, I tried to spend them and they came up with various problems including out of date even though the date on the voucher has not passed. I want to check exactly where my vouchers have been spent, can anyone advise how to do this on the tesco website?
So two problems - in-store say 'used', and on-line you get 'error' messages.
1st - are these recent vouchers (dates), or older ones - are they 'reprinted' ones? With 'reprints' you either use them or the originals - not both they'll have the same date & code on. Not that - need to find where used to have a better idea if 'hacked'.
2nd - sounds more like your on-line account is not linked to your main Clubcard. Go into 'my account' in Direct (not Clubcard) and in Manage my Clubcard details - change the No. Once that's done you should be able to go into MCA and see the vouchers - where spent etc.
If it won't let you, ring CC who can 'delink' the wrong card and enable you to gain access with the right one.

Hi folks. I joined Tesco online about 7/8 weeks ago and did an online shop as I had a voucher for £15 off a £60 spend. Since then I've had a statement with a little booklet telling me my monthly clubcard statement and with 3 vouchers for 100 extra points but I've never actually been sent a clubcard. I'm trying to confirm my online account but can't as I don't have a clubcard and can't find anywhere that displays my full clubcard number. Should I not have been sent a clubcard by now, or is there at least somewhere else that shows my full clubcard number?0

if you want an actual card you'd need to ring them and ask otherwise they just keep it as an online account, just had to do this for dh, just give name, address etc and they can find it. Hth0 -
Ah thanks for that. Does that mean having the clubcard is literally the only way of knowing your full number though for activating your online account?0

In a word - 'Yes'. Not sure if it is time limit - but I imagine that's why it was sent to you, so you can use it for your Christmas shopping.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

You don't need your clubcard no to use the on-line account. However, knowing the CCC No enables you to access it on MCA - points vouchers etc.
CC are not now able to give it over the phone - anti-fraud measure, but will send a 'physical' card out to you (as opposed to the 'virtual' card you currently have).I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

This sounds very good - it was to replace some vouchers that were stolen when clubcard was hacked earleir in the year (anyone else noticed how good they have been at keeping what actually happened out of the press since it first came to light) and I wanted to buy a Hudl for the kids so they have sent me a boosted (ie doubled up) money card but it now appears I can spend this on anything not just boost items and can also hold off till the sales/boost categories change etcI think....0 -
