That is great news about the flat , hope it doesn't take long to sell.

The holiday sounds fab as well!

Aww wow, I'm crossing my fingers that it will sell for you in no time at all. The market has certainly picked up down here, our next door got an asking price offer even before any viewings! My sister also had similar luck with her place in Cornwall. I'm sure you're really keen to be looking for houses yourselves.

I'm 23 weeks now :) Things seem to be going well - lots of little kicks ATM, they are so amazing.

Wow - 23 weeks. It seems to be flying for you! One of the women in work is 3 weeks behind you. I must say I am enjoying all the baby chat!

Had a great weekend. Max was 4 today and he had a joint Superhero and Princess party with his cousin, who turned 3. Evie wanted to be a witch! Lol. The party went really well and several of the children said it was the best they had been to. Max said he had an amazing day, which was lovely. Today we went to see Tinkerbell in the cinema. It was really good.

Flat is being surveyed tomorrow and photos taken so I presume it will go on the market this week. Exciting times! I just want it to sell and have a nice deposit in my account.

I have been really worrying about whether to send Max to school this year or next, but after talking to a lot of people I think I will leave him until next year. He is very sensitive so I want him to wait another year before he needs to deal with the schoolyard.

Happy birthday Max. Glad he had a lovely day. Photos looked fab on fb.

I didn't realise you could choose when to send Max to school. DD started the January after she turned 3 and DS will start at the same age meaning he will start in less than a 12month  I think it's to do with getting a head start on the language as they will go to a welsh language school.

Can't believe Max is almost ready to start school. Doesn't time fly??

Glad Max had a great birthday! Can't believe he is 4!

Sounds like a sensible decision re schools. I know here they don't have to go till they are 5 so although they tend to go at 4 you can hold them back a year.

It's a bit of a grey area here. Some send them at 4, some at 5. I do think he would benefit from the extra year with no major pressure on him though.

Yes - we can choose over here what age they are as long as it is before they turn 6.
