I'll be having a much needed lie-in tomorrow morning then my Mum is taking me shopping in the afternoon and OH and I are going out for dinner in the evening for our payday treat. :) Have to enjoy little luxuries like that whilst we still can! :)

CMD, you're making such fantastic progress, you've paid off 1/3 of the debt in this year alone :j I am sure it does get tiring but think of all that extra money in your budget when you are finally debt free!

Looks like I am going to achieve JDIJ just in the nick of time with regards the balance transfer. I have just transferred the last of the money into Virgin and will make the balance transfer tomorrow. My parents also very generously gave us a cheque for £4000 towards a car so I will be leaving that in myself and OH's OD for when we get a car. This means my sig may go up a bit again but better than us having to get a loan out for the car.

I am hoping that when I do a money reshuffle and all my wages come in that I will be under 12k by the end of July (unless we buy a car).

And even if you do buy a car and it's not quite that much, like you say it's better than getting a loan for the car - it must be a weight off your mind knowing that you have the money there for it and don't have to worry about where the money's going to come from :)

I have done nothing at all in June :o Except eat :o

Yes but you have been so busy and organised up until June that you more than deserve the rest!

Yes, it feels great and I finally feel like the last lightbulb really went off and we are making headway. Not booking any holidays abroad is a huge milestone and a turning point for us.

Yes, incredibly generous of my parents. They are brilliant :)

We are going to a 1st birthday party tomorrow & then will have a quiet one on Sunday as OH is working. He is getting overtime though so all money towards reducing the credit card :)

    How are you feeling Birdie?

I'm feeling OK on the whole thanks. :) Have fairly good days and fairly icky days. Today is nudging towards the icky sadly and I feel like I've got huuuuuuge bloated belly; wearing my biggest stretchiest work dress and I'm still not feeling comfy, probably because I need to buy giant tights too! :o

Hope you have lots of cake at the party tomorrow! :)

Even when I wasn't feeling sick with Evie I felt yucky for the first 17 or so weeks. Just sluggish and aches and pains below and really sensitive boobs. Just generally not right.

I promise you though, when you get to 20 weeks you just bloom and feel so great. I'm not sure if it is because you are grateful not to feel c*ap or just general blooming, but it is a lovely feeling! Plus baby starts kicking and the bump starts to get more defined. An all around lovely time :)
