Ha ha! Thanks Tete! I really think I could make good money from it and have been thinking about it for so long. It would be my dream to have my own business, but with the support of a franchise.

There's no harm in looking into it CMD. You do have to strike while the iron is hot, like you say you don't want to sit on it for a couple of years to find that someone else has had the same idea as you! :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Exactly. I am hoping that a bit of investment will pay back in 6 months and then I can make a profit (whilst keeping my other job so I am not out of money)

Exactly. There are so many things I've dithered over and then lost out on, I say grab it with both hands! :D

I applied for taxback for OH last week and it has just come through so paid off some of my Virgin card. Unfortunately due to some unforeseen expenses I wasn't able tp throw the whole £540 towards it but at least the Virgin credit card is coming down. None of my credit cards are at 0% at the moment and I just wasn't able to clear the Virgin card to avail of their 0% offer this month. I am hoping another offer will come through in a couple of months.

I will definitely get under 19k this month and if another few things are sold/come through I would hope to get under 18k and possibly even 17k.

It feels like slow progress at the moment. I can't wait to be at the stage where I am under 10k. Although that feels like a lifetime away at the moment!

That's great news about getting under the £19k mark this month! :T You're doing so incredibly well, I hope you're proud of yourself. :)

I also hope that you throw a little 'Hooray the drums are gone' party! :)

    Thanks Birdie!

Unfortunately the drums weren't suitable for the buyer and are back up for sale again. Hopefully we'll get a buyer soon.

Made a beef casserole yesterday evening so that is dinner sorted out today and tomorrow as I am working. Usually I try and cook when I come home but it is quite stressful as the kiddies just want my attention so tonight I am all theirs!
