Nestle honey cherios and golden nuggets marked at 57p going through at 2.29. Something to do with the wrong ena number? May be store specific..

This is my first bargain so please be gentle!
    and also patient :)
  • Thank you - can you tell us which ones you bought please?

I bought the Milky Way, Kitkat Chunky peanut butter and Kitkat Chunky hazelnut. I'm guessing they didn't update promo yet for Kitkat Chunky new flavors. :)
  • SEL £6/kg. Pack price £10.99/kg.

Cusomer service very helpful and applied DTD no problem. The half legs were also mispriced.
  • Out of date SEL - Tesco 9" twin screen portable DVD player

I have been waiting to see if the SEL would still be up this morning which showed it as £60 (19.50 off) and it was even though it ran out yesterday so grabbed myself one and hey presto it went through at full price (£79.50) so nice £39 DTD and an in car DVD player to keep my little monster amused :0)

    Nope, she wasn't.

You were overcharged, DTD still applies. Point to their blue noticeboard next time behind the CS counter.

    :D

Confirmed, the sdame thing happened to me and CS just knocked them of the bill. ie I got them free or DTD
The only thing that is constant is change.
  • If you ring Tesco there's various options. If you press the option for 'incorrectly charged' (or words to that effect) it tells you to take goods and receipt back to store and get DTD.

Result, thanks to everyone on this thread. I contacted CS online through the Tesco website and got a call back yesterday and will be getting 200 clubcard points added to my account.

So effectively I got those two items for free!

This was my first Dtd and worked at treat at the Ilkeston store but they then removed the SEL.

    Thanks op
