Being nice we have no problem with a NP male having a DH, but then refering to him as a she?
    ...

I don't think I was clear. My better half is my wife and is a she (last I checked, anyway).

She was never a him. I guess I'm confused on your sentence above.

Lir - sorry to hear what you have been through. No wonder you are not so keen on medics. Poor doggy! Bet they thought they had got away with it :)

Pn - also sorry to hear about you. I lived with a landlady once and would be reluctant to do so again. Nothing like your situ, but she was crackers :eek

Lydia - congrats to ds, I think he has lots of proud NP 'aunts' and 'uncles' :)
  • It's not as easy as looking .... I looked on there and elsewhere to get this. There are other factos, things I "have to have" so my peace of mind is intact. Then those advertising will often be either "wrong types" for me, or specifically seeking people 20-30 years younger than me. Add all the bits/pieces up and it's a list shorter than 0. So then you have to start to compromise.... and this is where I ended :)

I can't share and now won't share. Next move has to be alone.

Not sure if you'e picked up on it ... I'm an aspie.

I understand, does aspie mean aspergers? I hope the next 6 months goes quickly for you though.

    ..................

These are the examples i used that i dont get....however these are the ones i had an idea on, its the ones people use to refer to their kids, parents, grandparents and all the rest. Some right code goes on and some of it goes right over my head, meaning i soon forget about what im reading to try and work out who the poster is infact speaking about :rotfl:
