I am almost struggling to tell who is male/female on this thread!!!

Anyway i now know my matress is due a flip!!

In no particular order, me, you, michaels, generali, Johnnybravo, sss555s, HamishMcTavish, GDB, Masomnia, Percy1983, CK, Wheezy, lemonjelly, chewie, davesnave, JohnPierpoint, StevieJ are male and the others are female. :)

Edit: To my knowledge that is! I've not, to this date, met any NPs in person.

    Lydia, congratulations about DS.:T

I certain.y think its not unheard of for some people to imply a sex in a user name that is misleading.

.... £1 says you left a bloke off ..... no idea who; I'd have not been able to create a list that big of 'blokes on the NP thread'. I'm not stalker material, that's for sure!

Today I cried.... she made me do it... but I can't say why/how. But I ran and hid and cried :(

More negativity .... telling me I am the negative one. That eternal projection of themselves onto me. MUST be a syndrome!! I blame "people who read too many !!!!!!!' Self Help books"

Well, that was 30 minutes of mind-numbing stuff. Job ads don't tell you what the job is any more... they're full of mumbo/jumbo and aspirational/lifestyle b0ll0x. e.g. "... to join a vibrant team.... ensuring challenging targets are met..." ... yeah, so what's the !!!!!!!' job?
    ...
Quite a few years ago I found myself working for a growing software company. Between work assignments they would have you doing all sorts of bits n pieces.

Anyway, the office manager asks me to write a job advert to attract new software staff.

I was in a bit of a cynical mood, so I wrote what I considered a spoofish ad with things like "£££big" and "dynamic energetic company striving to leverage the best out of its human investment" (and other such guff).

To my amazement he was really impressed with it, and used it almost verbatim and without alteration.

Perhaps job ads are supposed to be mumbo jumbo? :rotfl:
