what's so enjoyable about skiing anyways? you get wet and cold and fall down in the snow. You also might injure yourself and you have to wait a long time to go uphill to go down a hill quickly.

You and i, we will make snowmen, snow angels, make hassle for the chalet girl and eat ourselves food babies on mountain food. Sound good?

As an aside I suspect I could get NP rates on my parents apartment in Mongenevre (France, 1hr from Turin airport) if anyone were interested.
    I think....

I don't think we should make the NP trip in January as there are kids and beginners in the party; a long weekend at the end of March when sunburn is a bigger risk than frost bite would be more suitable.

I could never have been accused of being a comptent skier, however I remember it as being the most fun I had had with my clothes on.

You also have to spend a fortune on clothes you can only wear for skiing .... and spend fortunes trying to learn to ski before you go.

    Not worth it.

You know, every one says that but......

Tbh, i don't like going down hill much. Not on a bike, or my own feet, on horse back or even in a car.

When it snowed three winters ago we gound me nice short slopes for my tobogan. Built up from, well, about four feet.:o

Hmm. Go outside with jack frost nibbling at our extremities or indoors with john barleycorn nibbling at our livers. No contest!
