Click on the start button
with the left and right arrows click quickly between the two to run, then click the spacebar to jump until you reach the end of the track. Then you'll get told your time.

Then a man sat next to me with a McDonald's and I started to dry heave. After about 15 mins I improved slightly and got on the tube but was near collapse again when I luckily got a seat otherwise I would have had to get off.
I did make it to the Olympic park though, and after three hours watching cycling and dressage on he big screens whilst lying flat on my back I recovered somewhat.
Who would have known 3m springboard diving could be so entertaining. Russian guy beat the Chinese and the crowd were loving it. The British guy was trailing in 11th but then nailed his last dive and got over 100 (only the winner scored more and then only once) and it really lifted the roof off.
I was really impressed by the Olympic park, and the organisation of everything was really good. I was expecting it to be a bit of a 'well meaning amateur' shambles in some respects, but it wasn't at all.
We also go straight on a jubilee line train when we left and I was going to say that worked really well too, but they have just announced there is a points failure at stanmore. Ha ha!
Glad you're feeling a bit better and had a good time. Just turned over to the diving on Eurosport so am about to watch what you've been to. Looks fun!
It's my turn to go tomorrow, my only time at the Olympic Park. Have tix for athletics tomorrow night. Up high in the cheap seats, but above the 200m start line so will hopefully have a good view of Bolt and Blake in the semi-finals.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? That's not what mine looks like, it has a play button a bit like on a DVD player or CD player or similar. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? poor you...but glad you made it afterall without throwing up again.
I am really looking forward to our day there but I didn't book Orbit tickets (I thought it was a sport at 1st doh) and now I log on and they are all sold out.
Sis and her brood had a day at the handball on Sunday and they had a great time but they are curious to see inside the main stadium.
So she decided to join us with the kids on our sept 4th Para athletics day and had looked at tickets the other day...plenty of choice. Went to book and everything for Para has gone.0 -

There was a bit on the London news tonight about the Paras. It said that there were 2.5m tickets made available for the Paralympics and prior to the Olympics only 1.5m had sold. However the buzz about the Olympics meant that there has been a surge in ticket sales for the Paralympics and a further 500,000 have sold, so there's not much left now. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I did have visions of wandering around a nice half empty park, taking our time, enjoying the crowd-lite space
We are 9 including dad who is a fit 80 yr old but sis said that there was only McDonalds and fast food available...... we had the grand plan of going for the afternoon, wander about, something nice to eat in a restaurant on site, seeing our event.
If it's the last food on earth we will consume an MD but my old dad and his partner won't. He would refuse to enter the building on principle....so I could take a luxe picnic, buy wine at a bar there but what if it rainsNo shelter.
