Crikey, its a strange old night when the women's 100m is an anti-climax.

ETA: oh fudge, we're in a penalty shoot-out.

PN, can you do me a favour and go and see this one, please. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-38184617.html (Not that it's suitable.)

What I need is a zoomed in view of pic 5, please. :)
Bizarre end wall.... looks like a water feature/shiny thing - and the fence has been cut so you can peek through at the fields/bushes behind.

Location-wise.... never go north of the yellow road on the map .... there be ferals.

    :)

That's the slightly dodgy council estate that DD had to cycle through last year to get to college. But 'rough' is a relative term, so compared with places in Nottingham or Burnley it's not so bad.;)

You can do better though. :)
Cycling through's one thing.... you can pedal fast. Lying alone, in bed, in the dark, at 3am ... imagining you can hear whispering in the garden's something different :)

The area will be under investigation once I get to investigate other areas, once the reality that I can't have what I can't afford smacks me on the nose and I learn to 'get real'.

However - that one's terraced.... I plan to only do detached .... ideally. Also, it doesn't flow kitchen/living room... there's a soddin' staircase in the middle. I love open plan because I can stay in one room ..... I hate having to go to different rooms for different functions.

... and a utility is high on the wish list, I don't think I mentioned it before.

And - garage is in a block... I find those a bit creepy late at night, alone .... in the pitch dark, when it's raining and I've stuff to bring in that'll take 2-3 trips.

"Picky" doesn't BEGIN to describe it :)

What is the garage for? The car? If you had a three bed or a decent, properly accessible loft in a two bed, would that negate the need for a garage?
Yes, the car. A car in a garage doesn't give clues if you're in or out.... it's not an easily spottable marker by somebody doing a regular recce .... and it's harder for a car to disappear from a garage than a drive. And, if I go away, with a garage it's easier to pack stuff into the car without announcing to the world "Hey - look - I'm going away; house'll be empty"

My symptoms too except I have been throwing up due to coughing/choking. I have bronchitis. Two days of anti-bugs and I am on the mend I hope.

Have you registerd with a GP PN?
Today I decided it's not a sore throat, it's a closed throat.... so swollen on the inside only (not glandular). And, my voice is mostly non-existant or exceedingly deeply sexy/provocative.

Not registered with one yet, but got a recommendation by the woman I should be moving in with next month, so I've a surgery name/address and specific Dr name too.

Re paralympic equestrian.....its dressage (the one that is horses 'dancing' in a little arena with a white fence) (i knew someone who was trying for the team many years ago). Its divided into grades of the disabi
Ity of the competitors, so that the playing field is somewhat equal.
Cheers for the info ;)..it's not the one you showed pics of before is it though.....what was it called?...Forquar or something.

I told my gp after the eye tests that I was pretty sure i had a particular condition. He grinning said to me, well I think so to, but do me a favour, when the neurologist says so act surprised.:D.

I will be pretty surprised when i see one at all at this rate so won't be hard, if i can stay awake. After a massive six waking hours yesterday i slept like a log all night, and frankly, wouldnot mind going back to bed now.

This is pretty much what happened when i first got ill so I am pretty scared too. I have arranged to review my will next week just in case, not because i think i need to in any way shape or form but i will feel better if things like that are not a worry. Annoyingly the friend who would have been local to help dh with the animals has just moved. She says she will of course come back and stay here as needed.

One of my clients is quite keen on running a business here herself should the opportunity arise, so thats a possible fall back too, but for various reasons its a route i would rather not take.

gosh.... I wish they would hurry up with your appointment as your posts are really worrying me now
Surely they mjust have you booked in by now. I guess DH is on their case too.....can I have the number so I can call and have a go as well....maybe all the NP's could and take turns calling every hour every day until you are seen.

    That is a cute house.

You can get lots of beds on the sea front in Margate for less than 180k but no jobs and all a bit ruff......which is why it's so cheap. Lot of arty types moving down their though so It will change but not for at least a decade.
This is on Palm bay so just outside town and walking distance to the sea.

snag is I can't think of any jobs apart from self employed from home stuff that you could do in that area. 2 lodgers in the spare room?
