It's what it looks like, what it's got, how much it is ..... and if the area's a "no go"
That's the slightly dodgy council estate that DD had to cycle through last year to get to college. But 'rough' is a relative term, so compared with places in Nottingham or Burnley it's not so bad.;)
You can do better though.0 -
This one is near the sea, asking £125k, and ticks all the boxes. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-34881721.html
Of course, it's nowhere near Poole.
And the climate's a bit different there too. Just think of the extra cost of all that thermal underwear! :eek:0 -
Would you consider Christchurch Pastures? This ticks a lot of your boxes and comes in under budget:

ETA: there are others that are similar prices/features in the same area. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Town's got high jobs potential. There's not much of that in Norfolk.
Yours is also terraced.... and there's no garage. Off road parking's not enough.
If I just wanted "cheap ... round here or so", this is £130k http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-37249610.html
What is the garage for? The car? If you had a three bed or a decent, properly accessible loft in a two bed, would that negate the need for a garage?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Grandmother (93) was taken into hospital on Monday night, so I've abandoned Ukraine and come straight across with DD1, whilst DD2 and their friends (Turkish) are going to be joining in Tbilisi next week.
GM seems really confused, she's asked me who I am, believes that she's talking to her parents and thinks that DD1 is my sister when she was 11 years old
My parents are coming out on the 16th, but am I right to be worried?

Why does she have 'not well managed' conditions like diabetes? If she isn't taking care of herself or being cared for properly for pre-existing conditions, the likelyhood of infection and dehydration are increased also? Where do you even start...Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

My symptoms too except I have been throwing up due to coughing/choking. I have bronchitis. Two days of anti-bugs and I am on the mend I hope.
Have you registerd with a GP PN?0 -

Got called into hosp this afternoon as GM had had a heart attack, been through resus etc.
I've been asked if I'll sign the equivalent to a DNR, to which I've refused and asked common sense to be applied e.g depending on circumstances, as if it happens in, say, 2-3 weeks time, we're looking at a completely different scenario to every few hours. I think that my parents should be the ones to make this decision, rather than myself.
Been updated as to our Georgian ops, but still too scared to go to the beach
It's 00.30, so I'll be on for a short time, then I'm going to bed.
