I told my gp after the eye tests that I was pretty sure i had a particular condition. He grinning said to me, well I think so to, but do me a favour, when the neurologist says so act surprised.:D.
I will be pretty surprised when i see one at all at this rate so won't be hard, if i can stay awake. After a massive six waking hours yesterday i slept like a log all night, and frankly, wouldnot mind going back to bed now.
This is pretty much what happened when i first got ill so I am pretty scared too. I have arranged to review my will next week just in case, not because i think i need to in any way shape or form but i will feel better if things like that are not a worry. Annoyingly the friend who would have been local to help dh with the animals has just moved. She says she will of course come back and stay here as needed.
One of my clients is quite keen on running a business here herself should the opportunity arise, so thats a possible fall back too, but for various reasons its a route i would rather not take.0 -
Good luck lir, it's been one heck of a few weeks for you and I hope you get a bit more certainty soon.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

:eek::eek::eek:
The kids sing better than the adults do. No exaggeration.
This isn't on the online shops yet, so I assume it's ok under site rules. Here's ours this year.

I ended up being awake most of the night .... got a nasty sore throat/cough, so much so that when I am coughing I am nearly throwing up.... and my Lemsips are still in storage.... I need to make the effort to go out later, to the shops, to buy Lemsips and some easily eaten food. No shops round here, so I have to drive.... no matter how grotty I feel, I know I have to do it so I feel better sooner.0

I am angry at the delays you are experiencing. It simply should not be the case that all the neurologists in the county go on holiday at the same time. :mad:Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
just been watching the steeplechase heats. I never realised there was a water barrier in athletics. wow.0
