Push and shove, there are grumpy, jealous people on other threads waiting to decamp!
Provide them a home, let them moan and then sell out for £87m.
I will look into buying the software and getting it hosted in the next day or so then. It can't hurt anyway - it'll give you lot a shiny new, more stable, home.0 -

I thought we were pretty much "good to go" as of 6 days ago and felt guilty as being unable to turn the paperwork around immediately, dropping it off last night. But a new visiting man was requested and he's been and he's in no rush to type up what he saw (no problems) .... and somebody with a bigger job will get ahead of us in the typing queue.... so there might be a further week's delay before the "E" day. On the other hand, I've no idea how important the visiting man's word is to the process...
An efficient system could have shaved 2 weeks off this process.
My advice to you is to ask the agent to sound out the other interested buyers and to start remarketing the property. If your present buyers wish to go ahead, this will not put them off, and it will certainly encourage them to get off their hands. It will also stop them from gazundering you at the last moment. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

So true.

If I now find a dress I'd no intention of buying, but it was £10 instead of £100 ..... that'd count as £90 saved if I bought it .... when in fact it's £10 spent. On the other boards... they don't actually understand proper maths.0 -
