Watched Jimmy Carr on 8 out of 10 cats, he stood up to the Mickey taking very well. He could easily have said he employs an accountant and just does what the accountant advises, but he just took complete responsibility.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I'll give you mine when the 5 comes out Pastures. Black (hers) or white (mine)?
I'd need the NPs advice too ... white or black. I usually choose black things....
So - I guess, put me down for the black one - and I'll find out what they're all about between now and then.0 -
I like white things because they are easier to find in a dark capacious handbag, but black keeps looking good for longer.
If you do have the finding things difficult issue you can do what i did to my phone.....paint it will nail varnish. It looks terrible and chips really easily but was the only reason i found my mobile yesterday (missing for three weeks).0 -

Trying to work out what the weather's doing for the next 7-10 days and it looks like rain. Rain's no weather to travel in, or pack in ... or discover new towns in
I need to investigate new storage too.... upon arriving in the new town first stop off will be to offload the car of stuff before I go parking it in unknown towns etc, looking for somewhere to live/stay the night.
Its vile isn't it? Its getting me down too. I love rain But i have had more than enough now. Indeed, far more than enough.0 -
No, if it was London he could stay at home. In fact I suggested he find out if he could get access to London Uni library if there is some sort of reciprocal arrangement, but he wants to be at uni because he works better there.
Does he need the library? Most uni's have VPN and he can dial in and get access to many of the journals.
Good universities should allow remote access for work.0 -

me too. I need to dig and plant a flower bed. We weeded and mowed yesterday but loads and loads to do and it keeps raining!!!0 -
Gardeners I'm with you. I have managed to mow twice this year. That's it. Every other time it's been sunny I've either been at work, or as per this morning, the sun's out but its no use as the grass is long and we've had heavy overnight rain.
My next door neighbours have given up and are having fake turf laid, which is beginning to look increasingly like the way forward in this mad country where either you can't mow because of rain or can't water because of drought. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I'm afraid browing books by reading on a screen's like trying to enjoy and art gallery by peeking through its letter box.
There's nothing like having the book or journal in front of you to skim, skip pages, see the trends in graphs, browse or read intensively.;)
