Ours is in the corridor right by the ladies loo. I can hear it calling to me, especially the Drifters :D

I know what you mean, and WOW haven't had a Drifter for ages! I have to keep using that Demotivator tool on this site to work out how much I spend on chocolate bars. That scared me when I found I was spending over £150 a year on the 'odd' chocolate bar! Buying a multi-pack isn't always the way either - not when you can hear them calling from a drawer ... Argh! :)

    Best of luck with this!

You're getting there. :) Those NSDs are brill. It adds up over the course of the month :) And well done on taking lunch again! I love trying to come up with lunches that make my colleagues drool while they tuck into cardboard boxed sarnies.

Also go you on avoiding the vending machine! On a similar note, while I'm at home this week I've not been buying snacks in and have lost a couple of lbs! Very happy indeed, but then when I have snacked I've found I've got a taste for Mr T Value Cornflakes - no milk, no sugar - just as a snack. Can't understand why!

    Have a good day :)

Have come home to a letter saying eldest son is going on a school trip, DD's preschool fees are going up and she needs food for an Olympic party next week - why do they all come at once?

Have made a massive pan of bean and tomato casserole which will do for tonight's dinner and enough for another that I can freeze.

I am taking DD to see The Queen tomorrow so it will be a spend day, but hoping not to spend on Thursday. Friday will be a spend day as I have to buy a birthday card and pay the milkman.

DD loved the Queen but it was really busy!

Have made another payment to Very to pay off an item which was on interest free, before the period runs out next week, so I have saved myself the £100 interest I would have been charged. I am very pleased with myself because I used to just let the time go by and the interest get added. I havent got any more outstanding items so all the overpayments I make will now be coming straight off the balance. I am still paying £60 a month interest and I want to cut that down as soon as possible.
