Hello LunaLady
Have subscribed, going to be here keeping you on track, same as you are doing with me:T
What things are the kids needing for school? If its bunting, flags etc, try the local pound shop, my local had loads of jubilee stuff :-)Can't think of anything smart to put here...0 -
Its food, eldest has to take crisps, middle child has to take cakes and youngest has to take fruit. Think I will nip to the pound shop for crisps and cake.
I need as much motivation as I can get, so thank you for offering

Have been looking through my old Very statements - at Christmas I owed £3300 and my minimum payment was over £230 _pale__pale_
But the balance is heading in the right direction. I keep reducing the credit limit and I cannot wait to send the email asking them to close the account altogether :TSPC #1813

And its payday tomorrow
My Very statement is due next Saturday. I am really hoping it will stay under £2600 even when the interest is added. Its currently just underneath so will try and make some more payments before then.SPC #1813

I am back from a lovely holiday and feeling very relaxed.
Got back to my Very statement, which currently stands at £2613.83 - not under £2600 like I had hoped but nearly there.SPC #1813

Have woken up on this lovely Sunday unsure of what to do, might take the children to the woods for a nice walk if it doesnt rain too much. I hate the day before back to school as it can be so depressing. I love having the children at home. It also means back to work tomorrow
.
I am going to have my 1st June NSD though. And I might indulge in my favourite past time of dreaming on Right Move

Not going to have a NSD today as I need to go and buy bread, apples and yoghurt. However I am determined that this is all I will buy and I wont be swayed by the offers in Sainsbury's.
The children are back at school today and I am in work - brought my own lunch with me and I am going to avoid the vending machine.
Made another little payment this morning and now my budget spreadsheet and spending diary are up and running I feel very positive.SPC #1813

Hi Lunalady - hope you don't mind if I subscribe to your blog.
Good on you for sticking to your budget - I recently joined the Grocery Challenge on the OS boards and am trying my utmost to stick to it. Avoiding the vending machines can be a challenge - our place has something similar that is just TOO easy to go to for a boost.
Best of luck - shall be reading
