are you talking about a physical thai kb, or you have keyboard settings set to thai in control panel, regional options?

couldnt renew because couldnt connect to dhcp server

start, settings, control panel, network connections, your lan connection, tcpip, properties, obtain an ip address automatically, advanced ... what does it say?

after advanced it says

dhcp enabled
there is no 255.255.255.0
tried changing it to 255.255.255.0 but no luck0 -
OK, are you sure that the wiring is ok, and there is a light on the router for the wire connection?
The router is set for dhcp presumably?
compare the ipconfig /all with the other wired PC that works, and note the differences.

Can you make the non-working computer automatically obtain an IP address and DNS server. You can do this by going into the network properties of the device (right click to get into properties), then highlight TCP/IP click properties and select everything as automatic.0
