if those settings are still there after the reboot try typing ping 192.168.0.1 in a dos prompt (cmd from the run box) - post results

hmm something is def wrong there then - if you try typing ping 192.168.0.1 from one of the other computers what is the response (just to check)

in the network connections page does the connection icon show with a red cross on it? on the non working computer that is

should i delete the connection ? will the comp find it again upon rebooting
there is no little comp in system tray

do you have a firewall? If so try disabling it and then see if you can ping/connect to the internet
