    The Dragon ~ Do dragons like hugs? It's hard to know with some reptiles :D, but have a gentle one from me. I think weight loss is just an extra big challenge when you've got added health issues thrown in...as someone who has the PCOS added weightloss challenge, I do sympathise.


    And this week, after two weeks of posting here, I have lost a pound :j

    As I sit here stuffing my face with a M&S Belgian Chocolate Flapjack, I can say I have STS this week. It is also that time of the month so I'm bloated like no ones business and it would also explain the "must eat all the things" going on now. Will see you all over on the July thread!

    but it is coming off dragon ... all be it bl00dy slowly :( it really must feel so frustrating for you

    my final weigh in for the month ( was at the gym today getting my second appraisal ... really happy with the results :) ) 92.2kg .... i think i may have put on a wee bit of what i lost but i deserve to if i have because my eating has been attrocious for the past 4/5 days :(

    so thats 203lbs ... i have put on 3lbs ... i could kick myself ... but i have re started in earnest ... just wish i could deal with these cravings :(
