hey dragon starting back at 15stone for this month if you dont mind ... deff gonna end the month weighing less than i do now this time round
good luck everyone0 -
AudreyHepburn and Siren1974 :T Thats absolutley amazing!! Well done
I'll weigh in later and post the resultsJust washed my hair and I know it'll add loads until I dry it. I've not been eating great for the past 2 days. Mainly because I need to stock up so have been eating rubbish... I actually miss the healthy stuff.
Also my exercise has gone to pot, thinking I'm a smart a*se and over doing it with squats the other day was NOT a good idea. I've been walking down the stairs sideways because my thighs are too painfull to walk down properly. Lesson learnt there.
Good Luck to everyone this month :cool:Even if you stumble, you're still moving forward.0 -
I saw this thread this morning before I went out and decided to weigh myself at Boots.
14 st 11 lb!!!!
I am so ashamed. So I will join in if you don't mind.
Although I am tall, that is still to much. Way way too much.
Now that I have posted my wieght I am committed to losing some of it.
I will do it the sensible way. No fad diets Babyfood/atkins/dukan. Just sensible eating.
My problem is that I love food. We go to France quite often and I am in my element. Love all that fatty rich food. However, unlike the French I eat too much of it.
I am ashamed to say that I weigh more now than I did when I was pregnant. How bad is that!
My problems are fairly recent as I have ongoing health problems, But still.............
ps well done Audrey and Siren. Amazing.0 -
I'm not sure what to do atm
This is the bathroom scales..
70.4kg or 155.2 lb
This is the Wii (which said I'd put on 1lb since last time I used it)
64.2kg or 141.54lb
Thats a pretty whopping difference. I think I might have to nip into Boots to double check. My local chemist has a set of those old style scales you put a penny in the top. Not sure how accurate they are though??
I think after I double check I'll stick with the Wii, it doesn't change anywere near as much as the bathroom scales... which can be 1kg either way :eek:Even if you stumble, you're still moving forward.0 -
What I have done today
Yesterday and today I have eaten a bit more than I wanted to. I have been a bit piggly. Instead of loggin it all on the same day, I have spread it out over the next four days. My calorie intake goes down for those days so I am not lying, it just means I don't show as going over my allowance on the days I have done.
Is this bad? Am I just trying to kid myself?**Debt Free as of 15:55 on Friday 23rd March 2012**And I am staying that way

Dont beleive the Wii, mine are always out by around 10 pounds or so , Wii scales are inaccurate ! I would trust the normal scales figure

Melonade - what type of training do you - I do free weight routine at home.0 -
Hi, I'd like to join, over the past couple of years I've managed to lose four stone, but I've reached the difficult patch of no progress and cheating, so I think I could do with some encouragement.
My starting weight is 191 lbs .0 -

I alternate between the Wii (when I can be botherd), my xtrainer and I've started doing some Amanda Russell exercises I found on youtube. I like those because they are fairly short but I have to work pretty hard... although I need to learn my limit so I don't hurt myself
rainbowfairydust, thanks for the heads up about the Wii scalesI'll double check at Boots and then use my bathroom scales :T
