Forgot did hhi last night too, mine done just tots to do later.

So, my carpet arrived and had been cut a metre short! They realised this morning when they unwrapped it. So I've had to go back to the carpet shop and choose another that they can get today (original supplier 200 miles away and can't do till wednesday). How annoying.

Anyway, as it turns out, they had some new samples with a similar, but even nicer one, that he can go collect this morning! It's a pound a yard more expensive but they said they would cover the difference and charge it back to the supplier.

So hopefully we are still on for a fitting today. Which is essential as new bed coming tomorrow...

Having a cookathon this morning, cottage pie filling and spuds on the go for lunch, pizza bases being made for tea, and sausages doing as oven is on and making use of all the heat.

Am just going the bundle tots back into living room as I want to Hoover the conservatory, it's still full of dandelion fluff. Expect I'll be chasing it around for weeks to come. Will s&s bathrooms later...

    Happy June, all

Carpet in! Is nicer than my first choice! Lol.

And they've taken away all the odds and ends so I just need to give it a hoovering...

Had a lovely cottage pie for dinner with the tots, both of whom ate the whole lot. That almost never happens at the same time haha.

So, conservatory nuked with Hoover tools, gave kiddies the electric carpet sweeper and they did the living room lol, have a kitchen full of food so shouldn't need to cook till Monday! So we are all good here. Also gave downstairs loo s&s as DS had a little accident. Boys!
