MOVING THREADS FOR BETTER RESPONSES
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. Looking forward to spring and that first cut of the year we have decided to get a new mower.
Current one is a 15 year old heavy petrol job (which will be freecycled)
I don't want petrol again
I don't want one with a cable as DS1 often cuts the lawn and he would cut the cable.
So do I go for one with a rechargable battery
a hand push one.
Lawn in medium sized and suffers with worm casts/is quiet damp in shaded areas.
It needs to be light
Has anybody tried one of the mulching mowers?
I'd like it to be as eco friendly as possible.
Many thanksThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
