Morning
I managed just under 2 litres yesterday, which is about average for me when I'm putting my mind to it. I'll buy myself a 500ml bottle while I'm out later so I can refill it myself.
Water is probably my favourite drinkMy OH thinks I'm a bit bonkers as it boring lol. Also trying to cut down on the amount of tea I drink... gently weaning myself off it.

I'm on my 4th glass so far, although they aren't very big glasses
I haven't felt bloated at all which is strange for me so I must need it. Infact my tummy doesn't look nearly as bloated. I know it's good for diet and weight loss so maybe it's doing it's job... I'm being more careful about what I've been eating this week too.
I'm not too good at sipping water though, it just makes me forget it's there. I tend to drink half a glass at a time and while I've been typing I just finished my 4th glass :T

Hi all if you have problems with drinking enough, have milk on your cereal at breakfast, soup for lunch it all adds up, I was told this by a nurse and it does make sense, I cant drink lots of water as I end up gasping and choking0
