Any body else on a rehydration drive?

I usually have no trouble drinking at least two litres of water a day. In fact, in the past when in hospital i have been asked to drink less! But in this cold spring i have noticed i have been drinkiong less, and it shows in my skin and hair, also i feel bloated and a bit tired. 
Today i drank a better quantity of water (no idea how much, i would guess two and a half litres) and i have been peeing all evening!
With the wonderful warm weather for me i know i want to be taking in a little more. (i am not terribly active so do not need to replace water lost through exercise) i do best when in active on about three and a half litres....and my consultant asked me to stay under around four, as i drink (water) like a fish at times, and get a little light headed as a result.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone else fancies a short drink your two litres a day challange to get into the swing of proper hydration and have some online moral support while the inevitable consequence of the first few days keeps us running for a widdle?
If so i propose a two litre minimum intake. No silly amounts that could get you in hospital please though, I found this how much to drink calculator....

I think drinking enough is mse, because it is one of the cheapest ways to better health and appearance...so i think this is a mse challenge!
Anyone in with me? Or am i running to the loo alone while i get back into good habits?

Hmm...organisation not my strong point!
I have a daily list, on paper, that i have written having a drink on in stages theough out the day:o. Yes, i need reminding that badly at the moment.
I usuualy find that when kickstarting having a glass of water on the hour every hour from waking can develop the habit again.
Ideas as to how to record here welcomed!:D

Today I had nothing to drink this morning as I had a fasting blood test so had no breakfast. I have had two lots of tablets with half a glass of water today, half a glass of pineapple juice and a diet coke. Definitely not enough so I think I'll have to prepare in advance the amount and time and tick off when completed.
I once thought I should put all glasses out in a row and make sure I filled and drank each one and then replace in the glasses drawer after each intake. It helps that I live on my own!
Perhaps we should record times and amounts daily on here. Would help me to realise when I don't think to have a drinkNot Rachmaninov

Ooh, I'm in! Great challenge idea
Not sure how to record it but I shall try to post a couple of times a day. I'm getting married in July so need clear skin!!!!

I'm in. I'm terrible at remembering to drink anything especially when in work, mainly cos I'm out n about so often. I'm trying to drink more now I'm doing WW.
I've downloaded an App for my android phone called Drink Water. It was freeand you set how many cups of water u want a day and between what times, and it reminds you at the set intervals to drink. Seems to help me at the moment.

Dh is sniggering st me because i have piddled five times in the last hour, but he also said even in one day i look more my self. My lips definitely are not dry, they were yesterday.
