Count me in too :T I know I'm not drinking nearly enough atm. I have tried today and probably managed 1 1/2 litres.
I usually refill a 500ml bottle and try and remember how many I've drank through the dayWhen I drank water and nothing else my skin was really good and the whites of my eyes were mega bright white. Just need to ease off the tea

Good morning everyone.
Woke up feeling excellent.....combination of first great night sleep for a while and having upped water intake yesterday i think.
Have filled a 75cl water bottle and started sipping. For me the first drink of the day might be the hardest. I am busiest between waking and about eight at this time of year and not so thirsty...but sipping now is a priority.0 -
I use a 500ml bottle with me always and fill it up from the water machine. I was once on a fluid intake / output chart and used a simple bar chart to count my intake every time I finished half a litre.
I could do with a drink app though as I forget to drink enough, does tea and coffee count? I have a cup of coffee in the morning when I get up and one when I get to work. After that it's either water or fruit tea.
I have a 500ml bottle of water IF I'm exercising but definately don't drink enough on an evening, its either a cup of tea or a glass of wine depending how bad my day at work has been. The most potent weapon of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed. Steve Biko0 -

Look at your wee.
If it's pale yellow/green, you're drinking enough.
If it's dark, you're probably not.
If it burns, and you're prone to bladder infections, you're definately not!
Having targets isn't really necessary. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -

Of course this is an excellent way to see if you are hydrated (my doctor says think of the dulx paint ranges...hint of primrose:D) it doesn't help you drink more if you are dehydrated.
This effort is in effort to get properly hydrated, for which for some people targets are helpful:)0 -
Phew, taken me 2 hours to get through half a litre of water
One litre chilling in the fridge
I'm sure if I were to add alcohol to the water I'd be able to drink more! :rotfl:I'm not that way reclined
Jewelry? Seriously? Sheldon you are the most shallow, self-centered person I have ever met. Do you really think that another transparently-manipu... OH, IT'S A TIARA! A tiara; I have a tiara! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me! Put it on me!0 -

Always good to drink enough but do be careful of water intoxication, LIR.
Too much water can be almost as bad as too little - both can be fatal.0 -

Yep, as i said in first post no silly amounts that could kill one. Water toxity is very real, and i suffered from drinking TOO much, when i was very first under medical observation with my illness, i was used to drinking as a very active healthy person, and my drastically changed situation found that too much.
3.5 litres or four is about right for me....in this warm weather especially.. I am always worried when people say they are drinking huge amounts because...as you say, this carries very real risks of its own.

Also if you are a serious singer / public speaker you need to keep well hydrated. Apparently chilled water is not a good idea because it shocks the vocal chords!Norn Iron Club member 4730
