Hi P - it was food for tonight and tomorrow. Trouble is that I never go to Sainsbury's so they had lots of choices of things that I am not usually tempted by!

But didn't even go down the chocolate aisle :j

I noticed sainsbury's do have lots of yummy stuff. And i notice they put the special offer choc on the end of the aisles to :mad:

ok i deff cant see them for sale but there are plenty of people reporting the study ..i'm thinking of the vanilla patch ..but if you cant buy them could you maybe put some vanilla oil on your wrists that may work as well

I would def be out to buy them if they were available but it seems as though it is one of those things that never took off. Shame!

I am off to raid the baking cupboard for the vanilla essence though.....Will keep you informed!

it's a shame it didnt take off if it worked i would try it though might go and raid my cupboard myself ...i also have this cbt book for losing weight if it's any good for you you can have it after i'm done ....it is about losing weight but i think you can put chocolate under that catagory (i am quite enjoying it to be honest) let me know if you want it and i'll pop it in the post
