Strangely enough, I have just done a sea/beach scene!! Can't use dogs unfortunately in case someone buys the visualisation who is scared of dogs (!) but the sounds of the sea are always sure fire successes!

I did the clenched muscles then relax and go off to sleep one yesterday, so that one is already in the bank!

Also done mountain walks, gardens, ancient woodlands.....

I have got to do a batch of childrens scripts - magic carpets, golden eagles, fairy castles with turrets, spaceships, rainbows....oh the list goes on, but I think they will be tomorrow's project!

Keep going....don't stress out too much. You have so many things to do, you'd have to be superhuman to have a spotless house as well.

Do we get DFW nerd numbers then??

Morning all, another brief visit in between script writing! Boy I am learning my lesson here and will appreciate all deadlines...........timeframes..........and how much time I spend on MSE in the future!!!

I hope that everyone has a good day.........I may be able to pop on briefly again this morning, but maybe not until this evening...

El, I hope you've managed to do the DVD - can you still walk after? (It is an excellent DVD but you WILL be working muscles you never even knew existed :o )

The waterfall is quite energising - the water has life as it falls - bubbles, splashes, gathering momentum all the time...clarity of the water...........purity........refreshing........invigorating.....oh the list goes on!

It's not a whole half hour of waterfalls - forms part of a mountain walk otherwise I would have to put in a disclaimer about not being responsible for other people's bladder issues!!

Am currently writing one for kids & exam nerves - involves an invisible cloak...got to have an imagination for these and at this time of the day my imagination is still somewhat asleep!!!
