Phew - survived the first day! Just about had enough material not to embarress myself today........but certainly not enough to see me through tomorrow! So I am just popping on DFW (oh how I miss it!!) before getting back to typing up some more scripts.

Problem is I am so so tired after recording all day (this talking lark is hard work ) that my brain really is quite mushy and I can't seem to get anything half way decent written down :eek:

But I have to........so another coffee has been made...........and I WILL get something done. I HAVE to, otherwise I will look mighty stupid tomorrow when I turn up!!

Hope everyone else is well and busy flyladying, virtual running and generally being very DFW xx

Pania - the beach one is the one I do with my kids at school when we do the meditation when we look at Buddhism.

I remember when I was a kid, I went on these Dragonfly holidays - country trips/camps for inner-city kids. One of the clearest memories and skills I got from that was when our 'leader' woman used to do a guided beach relaxtion with us before we went to sleep - she'd make us clench all muscles and slowly from feet to head consciously relax each part of ourselves before taking us on the guided meditation along the beach. Itworked everytime to get us to sleep. I am forever grateful to her as even now when I am tense and can't sleep I use this technique and it's wonderful.

that sounds really lovely, one of the most relaxing things getting all your worries blown away on a windy beach, combine that with lying in bed at the same time.... Heaven!!
