    Hi hypno
This is so cool! I wonder if they'll put it on their website??

Why are you saying that the egg card is not the thing to do technically? Is it the wrong way round in the snowball? There's a big issue around there about doing the debts strictly according to the snowball or according to how you feel about the ratted things - long live individual choice, is what I say!

Looking forward to seeing your new totals - including the debt free date!

Hypno - do what feels right to you.

I am so jealous of all you East Anglians, I would love to see La Hypno on tv. Can someone record it and post a clip on here....

Hope it brings you lots of new business.

TBH I have not put the overdraft in the snowball calculator - it is only £500which in the bigger scheme of things is nothing, and I know, for certain, that it is the sort of thing that we would keep "for the lean months" and would use without much effort!

Whereas the cards, now they are already under control, and to use a credit card now needs to be a real life or death emergency, so it is more likely to stay paid off.

The overdraft will go when the other stuff is disappearing nicely I think. I think the reason for considering paying off the overdraft would be to make sure we start June at a level figure when OH wages go in, which in theory SHOULD then allow us to get through the month without dipping into the overdraft, but reality is another matter!

Whichever way I do it, the debt is coming down by £500 today, so a good feeling all round. :j

    I am surrounded by locals!!!

When I am debt free then, I will take out a huge ad in the EDP announcing such and inviting you all to a real DFW party!!!

(but remember it won't be for a while yet, don't get too excited)

Don't get too excited anyway, remember a DFW party will include jam sandwiches, value crisps and co-op wine :rotfl:

Anglia will be amazed by the spike in their viewing figures! With your large local fanbase, they should give you your own series.

    Hi Hypno!

Just having a catch up - havent been online in a while due to revision! Sooo glad you are feeling more positive, and that is great news on the Egg card. After the overpayment today, how much more is there to go on it? Is that your next target to pay off? x
