    Morning all!

Firstly, thanks for all the messages about DS - he is better this morning, having had plenty of sleep yesterday. He has suffered from migraine since he was about 4 (now 11), and can have one or two a week, or not have any for a few months! They are quite severe, vomitting and the works, but thankfully once he has been sick and has slept in absolute dark and quiet, he feels fine again!

Today I am tutoring all day, which is fab because I love it, and to get paid for something you love doing takes some beating! But it does mean I will be away from MSE for a few hours. How will I cope  Will have to try!

Sold a book on Amazon last night. Not much, but another couple of quid to put in the pot. Really need to get a few more books out of boxes in the loft to see if there is anything worth putting on Amazon - no point in them being in the loft if they could be earning me cash!

    Hi Hypno

Wow 7k is amazing you are a superstar!!! I am so impressed by your ingenuity and perseverence. And a bit jealous too!

Sympathy for your DS and the migraines. One of my DDs was similarly afflicted when younger. At one stage we had a series of really unhelpful appointments where various possible 'causes' were suggested, all terrifying. Hepatitis and leukaemia were both mentioned! And then the migraines stopped by themselves. She hasn't had one for at least two years now (she's nearly 13). I hope it's the same with your son. I think in her case it was most likely related to lack of food. She is a very skinny child who needs to eat little and often, and at the time she had a strong sugar craving, I'm sure it was all related.

Anyway - hope you have a good day and enjoy the tutoring.

Hi Hypno! Hope the tutoring goes well today and glad ds is feeling better.

You're doing so well - I too think another challenge after the olympic one is finished is needed! Although I'm not sure how I'd go as I've sold pretty much everything! I bet if you really go for it you culd get £15000 off your total and I really hope those bank charges come through really quickly!

Ooh, look at you with your long fancy words :rotfl: :rotfl:

Have got the TV people coming round in the next hour or so to film a bit about stop smoking with hypnosis. Better go and at least brush my hair!

Autographs will be available in the foyer during the interval.....;)

oooh get you celebrity!! thank god for the supershampoo, you'll have shiny locks on tv!! Is that going to be on look east? or whatever the news is called.
I've suffered migraines for many years, had loads of tests done, kept food diaries, life diaries and every other kind of diary docs need but there is no rhyme or reason to it, only factor seems to be tension. i feel so much for your son as it is the worst pain ever. but they'll get fewer and further between the older he gets, glad he is feeling better today.

Let us know how the filming goes!

AARRGGHH - rather than supershiny, my hair has gone for the "lank on top, flyaway at the ends" type look. Not good, and not long enough before they arrive to wash and dry it. Perhaps I may have to tie it back and try for the severe look

Ok, so anyone who watches Anglia News and sees a mad scarecrow type woman on there over the next few days, yup, it's me!!!
