Hiya - well, I made dinner without messing the kitchen back up again and even managed to tidy out 4 cupboards (although still haven't cleaned on top of them).

Ryan is much better thanks, although Natasha is coughing like a 90 year old chain smoker. Might have to take her to the doctors tomorrow if she's no better. She's quite happy in between coughing fits though so it's not distressing her too much.

Hypno, your house sounds lovely actually, we are in desperate need of more space, so 4 bedrooms sounds like heaven, although I really don't envy the extra cleaning!

Hi YM - OH will hopefully be booking it at the weekend - I will PM you when it is done, just so you know, in case you need to know for anything!! Getting closer now.....

Snaggles, having a bigger house is nice, but you just fill it with more stuff, including a lodger!! I would love to have more space - we just don't seem to have enough, but I am sure that if it was tidy it would be ok. We actually have planning permission to build an extra bedroom upstairs and extend the kitchen into a kitchen diner downstairs, but of course the finances do not allow for that.

I am very pleased to announce that my en-suite is tidy - managed to get to the window, which is normally hidden by a blind plus a small branch of Boots, and was horrified to see how black and grotty the window frames were:o . However, the window, frames and sill, plus the blind is now gleaming, along with the rest of the room:D

I cannot believe it has taken me so long to do!! Plus..........I have run out of stardrops:eek:

KC, it is not me going anywhere - all to do with the children's ski trip! I would love to go somewhere...anywhere!! Hope you do not feel too unwell. Housework does that to me too.........:rotfl:

Hypno, am I right in thinking that the ink cartridges you are collecting have to be the proper branded ones? I use compatibles thats all.

Yes, branded ones only really. I have a few unbranded ones, but they only fetch 5p each so not really worth the postage!!

Yay!! Sold the car!! My sig will be getting updated next week as I'll clear the GE Money debt. Off to have a lovely weekend. Why did I decide to go to England this weekend when Scotland are playing Italy?? Oh well, will give all my English friends a laugh I guess xx

Good news on the car SSL and how fab to see another one bite the dust!

I am invigilating this morning, and working from home this afternoon. Kids karate this evening then they will want to watch Children in Need so we might make some Pudsey biscuits.

Will start work on the kitchen too. I would quite like to have that done by the weekend, but the weekend is tomorrow so not giving myself too much time!
